I would like to know the different interpretations of dreams from a spiritual point of view, a scientific point of view, as well as if dreams affect people’s decision making.Is dreaming the same for someone with a mental disorder or a neurological disorder.What affects a person’s ability to dream or remember their dreams being that everyone has dreams. dreams Everyone has them. Each individual has around four to six dreams a night.Most of our dreams we forget. Express subconscious feelings whether it be fear, confidence, or lack thereof.Our mind creates these images and stories as we sleep.Rem sleep is when our brains are most active.Where? Dreams occur when you fall asleep within your brain. When? They are most vivid when in rem sleep.Why? Our brains are hard at work storing important information and disregarding information that can not be used or stored.How? dreams mainly occur in the rapid-eye movement stage of sleep—when brain activity is high and resembles that of being awake. REM sleep is revealed by continuous movements of the eyes during sleep.
Meaning and value of dreams differ by person.a spiritual person my interpret a dream as a sign that something will happen or you are headed in a specific direction.
