Each individual has around four to six dreams a night. Most of our dreams we forget. Express subconscious feelings whether it be fear, confidence, or lack thereof. Our mind creates these images and stories as we sleep.Rem sleep is when our brains are most active.Where? Dreams occur when you fall asleep within your brain. When? They are most vivid when in rem sleep. Why? Our brains are hard at work storing important information and disregarding information that can not be used or stored. How? dreams mainly occur in the rapid-eye movement stage of sleep—when brain activity is high and resembles that of being awake.
